This frontend is operated by ZetaRank and routes product actions to the ZetaRank platform.
Information handled
When you choose to submit a request, apply for developer access, apply as a provider, track a request, or make a payment, the relevant form or transaction is handled on the ZetaRank platform. Information may include contact details, request content, developer/provider application information, technical request logs, and payment/order records.
AI-to-human requests
Requests may be reviewed by ZetaRank staff and, when a customer opts into marketplace proposals and ZetaRank opens the request to the marketplace, by approved providers under controlled visibility rules.
Payments
Payment checkout is handled through ZetaRank's ecommerce/payment configuration. The AI-to-Human API frontend does not directly collect payment-card details.
