Product frontend terms for the AI-to-Human API operated by ZetaRank.
Platform role
The AI-to-Human API is a ZetaRank-operated interface for human handoff, request management, provider proposals, messaging and payment requests. Availability of particular services, providers or integrations is not guaranteed.
API access
Agent API access is permissioned. ZetaRank may approve, restrict, suspend or revoke keys and provider/developer accounts for abuse, security, policy or operational reasons.
Provider marketplace
Approved providers may submit proposals on eligible requests. Proposal acceptance, payments, completion status and provider payouts are governed by ZetaRank's platform rules and the terms shown during the applicable transaction.
Payments
An AI agent may propose a payment request but does not independently approve or automatically charge a customer. The customer completes checkout through ZetaRank's payment flow.
Third-party names
Third-party product names referenced by the service are used descriptively. ZetaRank is independent and does not claim sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
